Fabrication Process

Aluminum hull starts with one piece, 1/4-inch aluminum plate bottom.

All-metal inlet tunnel. Water inlet starts at 3/4-inch aluminum.

With a fully aluminum storage box and bow, the Aluma watercraft is designed to enter the boat from the all four sides of the watercraft.

The entire inside of the watercraft is powder-coated white, followed by an application of the customer’s color of choice.

Once powder-coating is complete, the inside of the hull is foamed for flotation, exceeding US Coast Guard requirements.

All Aluma watercraft go through a functional check-out—including sea trials—before being shipped to customers in recyclable shipping containers.
